Shipping Policy

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer 200G samples of green.  Please use our contact form to request samples.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We work with a variety of freight brokers to find the most competitive rate with a carrier that has a good reputation.

How is my coffee packaged for shipment?

Each shipment is palletized, shrink wrapped, and strapped to ensure safe transit. 

What should I do when my driver arrives?

Please inspect all deliveries prior to signing the BOL.  Any damage or issues must be reported directly to the driver and documented on the BOL to ensure we are able to file a claim against the carrier in the event of damage.

I need a lift gate, call ahead, other special service on delivery.

All special services such as Lift Gate, Call Ahead, Inside Delivery, or Short Truck MUST be requested at time of purchase.  If these services are not selected and are later requested by you at delivery, this will result in additional delivery charges being invoiced to you.

Can I pick up at the Green Room?

Will Call orders must be placed before 12PM PST and may be picked up the following day between 7:30AM to 2PM

Can you rush my shipment?

Rush orders for same day pick up must be placed prior to 11:30AM PT.  There will be a fee of $75 for each rush order.

Do you have a minimum order size for North American customers?

There is no minimum order amount, however, shipping is much more economical when purchasing full pallets as shipping cost is determined by the area the pallet takes up in addition to the weight of the pallet itself.

Ordering Policy

Can I contract coffee?

We offer 3 months holding on all contracts as a courtesy to our clients.  After 3 months, we may need to reevaluate pricing based on usage and timeline.

What is your order cutoff time?

Orders placed prior to 12PM PST will ship the following business day.  Orders placed after 12PM PST will ship in two business days.

Do you have a minimum order size for international customers?

For international shipments outside of Canada, there is a 5 bag minimum order.  We can arrange for Air Freight, DHL, or Ocean freight depending on order size. All transactions will be in USD.  Please contact us about determining what works best for you.

Do you have any microlotes?

We have the ability to offer super-high quality micro lots in 35KG vacuum-sealed boxes shipped directly from origin to anywhere in the world.  These coffees are great for competitions or for showcasing unique processes and varietals. Please contact us if you would like to learn more.

I have a coffee that scores 84.25 and is $3.50/lb. Can you source a better coffee with a better price and better story at a lower price for me?

Absolutely! Send us your green coffee sample, the flavor profile you want, and the price you need, and our 3 Q graders will evaluate the sample and find you a better coffee with a better story for a lower price.

Payment Policy

How do I pay for my order?

We ask you to fill out our customer info form and pay for your first order upfront with a credit card.  After your first order, we may establish a credit limit and offer you Net30 terms.
